Evergreen, Colorado
Amy is a native Coloradan originally from Boulder and living in Evergreen for the past 30 years.
Her love for working with fabrics and papers stemmed originally from making small art cards. These art card designs are from many sources, and could include embellishments of all kinds: metal, wood, paper, glass, beads, paint, and fabrics.
This eventually evolved into mixed media collage landscape art, in a much larger format. Amy's inspiration for landscapes comes from a combination of living in the Colorado mountains most of her life, and her passion for bold, vivid colors.
Besides The Aspen and Evergreen Gallery, Ms. Love's work can be found in six other galleries throughout Colorado.
